Remembrance Day Letter

The challenge of this project was to find an effective way to engage young Canadians in Remembrance Day, whether through learning about its history or simply observing a moment of silence. My approach was to create an impactful experience by sending them a letter, informing them that they had been drafted into the Canadian Armed Forces.

While the letter was not an actual draft notice, this is revealed on the second page. The intent was to evoke a sense of empathy and understanding in the recipients, giving them a glimpse of the profound impact that receiving such a letter had on thousands of Canadians in the past.
